If the shoes are not what I expected or if they don't fit me well what should I do?
You can send the shoes back to us to exchange size or style or for a full refund! If you chose to send the shoes back please use the returns form enclosed. this ensures that your request is efficiently and speedily dealt with.

How long does it take to get my shoes?
All our shoes are `hand made to order` and as such each pair is specially made for you. Therefore we quote all shoes on site as c. 14 working days delivery. This can be up to 21 working days if you are outside of the UK. We do however hold about 25-30% of styles in stock (a fairly random selection) and if your shoe happens to be in stock then we will despatch them to you within 1 working day.

Where are the shoes made?
The shoes are custom made by our network of hand shoe makers from various international locations.
How long will my shoes take to arrive?
All of the shoes on site are quoted at c. 14 working days delivery. However we do stock about 25-35% of styles at any one time and if we have your selection in stock we will despatch it immediately. If we do not have the shoes you want in stock we will have to make a 'Special Order'. Since our shoes are all individually hand made it will take up to 14 working days (up to 21 working days if you are outside the UK). In the event that it takes longer, it may be due to shipping and processing through customs (customs is always the longest part!) if in doubt you can call us to track your order status.
If I need the shoes by a certain date (for my wedding, party or event) what should I do?
The best thing is to contact us ASAP and tell us what shoes you want and by when. If you're in luck and we have the specific shoes you want in stock we will ship it off to you that day. If it is not in stock and needs to be a 'Special Order' then if may take up to 14 days (21 if you are outside ther uk) and we can perhaps organize to get the shoes delivered straight from our supplier. We can also make suggestions to alternative shoes that we have available now and send them to you to try on with your outfit.
I am not too sure what petite size I am?
Sizing with us is really easy. All you need to do is measure your feet and choose the correct size on our site. Check out our 'Size Guide' section on our website.
How much delivery cost to get to the US? Outside of the United Kingdom or... anywhere?
£6.50. The delivery charge is the same no matter which country it is being delivered to and no matter how many pairs you order at any one time.

If I buy more than one pair of shoes would I be charged extra delivery fees?
We charge you only once per transaction. So no matter how many shoes you buy at one time it will only be one delivery charge.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, you can. Just click pay option to Paypal during the checkout process.
Do you have a catalogue to send me?
Sorry we have No catalogue. All our products are feautured online though and the site is updated every week.
Do you do size 38 or any other sizes?
Yes, we do any sizes; it will take 14 business days delivery
(up to 21 if you are outside of gthe UK).
Please call us on 0844 414 2892, if you want any other sizes rather than size 1,2 and 3 or need a custom made fitting.
Do you have shoes with a wide width?
If you have very wide feet you always can ask us for a wide fitting. All our shoes are hand made so you can even get odd size pairs, wide fitting, change height of heels or colours of shoes etc. You can request for various changes for the shoes. Some custom fittings will cost a little extra though and certain requests will mean that you will not be able to exchange the shoes after so the best thing to do is to mail us or call to chat this over and we can quote you any additional charges if they are necessary.
Can shoes be altered?
You can request for various alterations to the shoes. Contact us with your requests and we can see what we can do. You can get odd size, wide fitting, changes in heel height and shoe colours. We want our customers to be especially happy and therefore we will try our best to make you happy with our shoes. (Please note that once shoes are customised from original design it would be sometimes difficult to give you exchange or refund, we hope you understand this). Please call first to discuss the coats (if any) and return retrictions (if any)
How do I use my store credit for another purchase?
If you have a pretty-small-shoes.com store credit you can place your order as you normally would. Since you will not be able to redeem it in our shopping cart, please put your store credit number (actually your original order number that the credit remain on) in the “special delivery requirements” section of the order form and it will be refunded as soon as possible (within 1 working day) after the order is processed. Alternatively you can call us to make your order and we can take payment over the phone for any shoe, minus the value of your credit.
What if I didn’t receive my entire order?
If you ordered more than one item and one is in stock and any others need to be hand made to order on the c.14 working day schedule, we will generally despatch what is in stock and you will receive a copy invoice with the parcel that indicates that your remaining items will follow on in c.14 working days.
What if I need to get in touch with you about my order?
After you have placed an order with us, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Your order number will be the 4 digit number at the end of your order code (you will see this in the subject line of the e-mail we send you and on your invoice. Please save it because you will need to reference it if you have questions about your purchase.
The order code will look like this and the last four digits (we have underlined in the exampe to make it clear) will be your order number
