However, if you are not completely satisfied please return any item to us in its original condition, including all packaging, within 60 days of receipt, and we will gladly exchange the goods, refund you or give an account credit for them if required.
If you need to return any item to us, please use the `internet returns` address lable included with your shoes, include a note confirming your name and order number and any action you require (if you are returning from a destination outside the europen union then you MUST fill out an appropriate customs form stating `no commercial value - internet returns` otherwise we may be charges import taxes to recieve you shoes back from you andf this may not be recoverable by us).

We want you to be entirely happy with your order, therefore up to 2 size replacement items will be sent to you free of Postage & Packing charges (exchanges for a different style may require additional delivery fees) . Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Sale items can be returned if despatched back to us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a refund or an alternative size or exchange. We would recommend that you return sale items by registered post (NOT special delivery) and obtain proof of postage.
When requesting your alternative, please specify the size and style you require on the returns note provided with the invoice you recieved with your shoes or on a seperate note if you have lost it. If you prefer to e-mail too that is also a good idea but please give your order number as a reference if you can.
RETURNS FOR STYLE EXCHANGE
We are also happy to exchange shoes for another style and will usually do this with no extra charges for the subsequent delivery but reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges we make per order to 3 exchanges. We also reserve the right to apply new delivery charges to be paid before re-sending new styles.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your PRETTY-SMALL-SHOES.COM account (you will need to register your details). The amount is available to be deducted from your next purchase and has no time limitation. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
SPECIFIC TERMS FOR `SPECIAL ORDER` ITEMS
We can accomodate some special alterations on calf boots. If you would like to have any special alterations (there are specific instructions for this on most boots pages) then call or mail us and we will do all that we can to help you with any changes you'd like. Also, we need to confirm that any agreed alterations will mean that the boots will not be returnable for refunds or exchanges (unless in the unlikely event of a fault in manufacture). This is because any tailored items will not be suitable for re-sale.
Note: When you give us your calf measurements for tailored fit boots then the boots you recieve will match your calf measurements on the INSIDE of the boots.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or PRETTY-SMALL-SHOES.COM account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our delivery/collection service. Refunds will be normally be applied within 7 working days of the shoes return. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, importation customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PRETTY-SMALL-SHOES.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Returns outside the timeframes detailed above may be accepted at the discretion of PRETTY-SMALL-SHOES.COM and may only be refunded as a store credit.
TRYING ON SHOES
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before you decide to keep them. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged plastic shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
