The science behind pretty-small-shoes with high heels
by LO
We all love high heels and know that to wear them is an art form in itself… but did you know that there is a scientific equation behind how high they are. I know, amazing. Something so fabulous starts its life as something as boring an equation!
So, your shoe size along with Pythagorean theorem and several social variables (i.e. alcohol, how many months the shoe style has been in fashion) is multiplied, divided and every other mathematical function you can think of is thrown at the decision on working out how high one’s heels should be. It’s so complicated, convoluted and by-far and away not an exact science it almost isn’t worth putting to use.
Thankfully Jiyeon manages to always get the proportions just right coz she’s so clever and doesn’t need any silly equations. But the real genius behind Jiyeon is that some of her styles come in heel and flat options.
Waltz small size suede pumps come in high and flat options. These beautifully created small shoes look amazing either way. The contrasting black bow, at my favoured jaunty angle against the beige suede make Waltz so elegant they will become timeless addition to ones’ wardrobe.
And Lucky Star is the small size flat shoe version of Catwalk and Jungle Boogie which goes to show that if you don’t want to wear heels you can still have funky petite shoes.
These fun, beautiful and flat shoes are a great alternative to the 8cm or higher heels of small size leopard skin shoes Catwalk or petite size leopard print heels Jungle Boogie.
With both heels and flats you can take science head on and prove that wearing beautifully crafted small shoes is more than science, it’s an absolutely joy!!
